How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Girlfull: (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Gosh super fun stuff, toy for any age ahahha The camera is on the price of this item, it means it's not so high level + mobile application is really not so comfortable, very hard to use.

I hadn't tried a mini drone before so I was a little skeptical when I opened it up. I was impressed with the the tiny size when folded. Removed the drone and unfolded the propeller arms. The guards were easy to install which is often not the case. Came with two batteries which is great. You get about 10 minutes each so having two extends the fun. Instructions were complete and easy to understand. Growing up I always wanted a helicopter I could fly around, I wish I had this thing then. Perfect to get started. Yes..there are some issues. It's light so in the wind you have to be watchful. The transmission range is short. When it gets too far away, the camera will start dropping frames and the control gets sluggish. However, to fly inside or in the backyard, the Drone is great. When I took it back to the car, popped of the guards easily, folded the propeller arms and had it back in the box. That was awesome since many drones have guards that are hard to remove.
My husband's birthday wish was to get a drone that had a camera and could hook up to his phone. To his surprise, that's exactly what he got. Not only was he thrilled to get his first drone but was also quite impressed with the quality of the mini drone for such an unbeatable price. Let's be honest, they're quite expensive and hard to find good quality in cheap prices. But to our amazement this little thing is worth the price. He read the entire manual which was simple and not made difficult to understand and it's already assembled when you get it. Also has two 10 minute batteries, giving you 20 minutes of fun!! He's only a beginner but he's definitely in love and said once he's ready to upgrade he'll be looking for another model. It took me some serious comparisons before i picked which one to buy but looks like i chose the perfect one! It says for kids but if you're a beginner adult. This is for you also.!!

drone is great. flys ok and its fun to play with. its better to play with it in house becouse it so small the wind outside effects it very much. battery lasts around 10 min. video quality is not 4k. and phone holder maybe to small for modern phone (i have poco xe pro and its to big).

пришел достаточно быстро, за 22 дня. соответствует фото, пытался запускать дома, очень сложно управлять, но можно привыкнуть. на улице не пробовал, не погода. в общем работает , камеру бы проверить на улице, а то только для фото и брался. как проверю дополню отзыв. а так норм аппарат.

Учиться управлять самое то , но не более. Батарейки хватает 5-7 мин полёта, заряжается 40-50 мин , лучше брать с 2-3 АКБ,очень просто калибруется . Для своей цены дрон просто супер.
